The King (on the application of The 3Million and Anr) v Secretary of State for the Home Department and Anr

The Court of Appeal has quashed the immigration exemption to the Data Protection Act 2018 for the second time. The order has been suspended for 3 months to allow the Secretary of State the opportunity to remedy the defects identified by the Court.
