Tozlukaya v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Instructed in the Court of Appeal on behalf of the Home Secretary in a case involving a challenge to a decision to remove a person of Turkish nationality who was alleged to be at risk of committing suicide to Germany.  The case raised the issue of how Articles 3 and 8 of the Human Rights Convention should be applied when a risk of suicide is raised in relation to a removal from the UK.
