Sir Philip Watts v. Financial Services Authority

Decision of the FSMT, September 2005. Reference by Sir Philip Watts to the FSMT, arising out the Shell overstatement of oil reserves affair.  Successfully represented FSA  in first case raising issue of entitlement of third party (Sir Philip Watts, ex-Chief Executive of Shell) to refer Decision Notice against another (fining Shell £17 million) to the FSMT.
