On 22nd October 2008 the Court handed down its third judgment, staying the case until 13 November 2008 to enable consideration of disclosure issues by the US Federal Court who are hearing a habeas corpus claim by Mr Mohamed. A further judgment is expected in due course dealing with whether parts of the closed judgment should be made public.
