R (Teeside Power Ltd and others) v. Gas and Electricity Markets Authority

Acting for Teeside and other Northern electricity generators in an ongoing expedited JR of Ofgem’s decision to continue to entertain proposals to amend the regime for transmission charges for electricity suppliers and generators, in circumstances where it is contended that Ofgem’s power of review has lapsed.  Case raises general issues as to Ofgem’s power to vary implementation proposals of BSC Panel.
