Brian acted for the intervener, Hutchison 3G UK Ltd in this judicial review brought by the UK mobile network operators against the UK’s implementation of the EU Roaming Rates Regulation. Hutchison supported the lawfulness of the Regulation, which lowers roaming rates throughout the EU. This case was referred to the ECJ.
