R (Nigel Williams Chemists) v Welsh Ministers

Acted for the claimant in a judicial review claim challenging a decision of the Welsh Ministers to grant consent to a medical practice to provide pharmaceutical services in Wales.  The case concerned the application and scope of the legal test for ‘prejudice’ to the proper provision of pharmaceutical services.  The Welsh Ministers consented to an order quashing their decision.
