Jason Keyter v Rugby Football Union

Kate acted for the RFU in disciplinary proceedings against a professional rugby player found guilty of having taken cocaine.  The case raised issues of the proper interpretation of the World Anti-Doping Code (in particular as to ‘no significant fault or negligence’) and subsequently went to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
