Dr Colman v General Medical Council

Acting for the GMC (led by Robert Englehart QC) in a High Court claim brought by a former member of the GMC (previously struck off the medical register) for conspiracy to injure, unlawful interference and breach of contract.  The GMC is currently applying to strike out the Claimant’s claim and obtain an extended civil restraint order against the Claimant.
