Aderonke Craig v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Represented the Secretary of State in successfully resisting an appeal from a decision of the Immigration Appeal Tribunal to refuse permission to appeal in an asylum claim.  This case concerned the decision to remove a mother and her children to Nigeria although the children were in local authority care in the UK, and therefore raised significant Article 8 issues.
